Carolyn Ingalls

Event Planner, Content at The Linux Foundation

Carolyn Ingalls has a diverse work experience. Carolyn currently works as an Event Planner for Content at The Linux Foundation since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Events Coordinator at the Asian Art Museum starting in December 2022. In addition, since July 2011, Carolyn has also worked as a Classical Singer, specifically as the Soprano Section Leader for Schola Cantorum at St. Carolyn briefly worked as a Membership Assistant at The Bar Association of San Francisco in February 2023.

Furthermore, Carolyn has also worked at Coursera, where they held roles such as Event Marketing Manager from May 2019 to July 2022, and Marketing Manager from August 2018 to May 2019. Before that, they worked at GRAIL, Inc. as an Administrative Business Partner from December 2017 to July 2018. Prior to that, Carolyn worked at Coursera as an Events Marketing Associate from May 2017 to December 2017, and as a Conference Associate from November 2016 to April 2017. Carolyn started their career as an Administrative Manager at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health in September 2013, before being promoted to Executive Assistant from July 2011 to September 2013. Carolyn previously held roles such as Administrative Assistant at Brigham and Women's Hospital from September 2009 to July 2011, and Patient Service Representative at Brigham and Women's Hospital from 2008 to 2009.

Carolyn Ingalls completed their education in a sequential manner, starting with their high school diploma from Leigh High School in 2002. Carolyn then pursued a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance at the University of Redlands from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they furthered their studies by obtaining a Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee between 2006 and 2008.

Apart from these formal degrees, Carolyn Ingalls has also obtained several additional certifications. Carolyn completed a course in Animal Behaviour and Welfare from The University of Edinburgh in May 2020. Prior to that, in November 2019, they completed a course called "The Truth About Cats and Dogs" from the same institution. In December 2018, they received a certification in "Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects" from McMaster University. Carolyn also participated in a Continuing Education Summer Opera Studio program at the New England Conservatory of Music in August 2016, where they performed various roles, including Governess and Miss Jessel in "Turn of the Screw," Natalia in "Natalia Petrovna/A Month in the Country," and Marguerite in "Faust."
