Daniel Lazaro

Daniel Lazaro has extensive experience in technology program management and ecosystem development, currently serving as a Partner Technologist and Senior Technical Program Manager at AVEVA since October 2010. In this role, Daniel leads the Ecosystem Program, which focuses on collaboration across organizational boundaries to enhance product integration. Additionally, Daniel is actively involved with several organizations, including serving as a Steering Committee Member at Margo, a member of the Green Software Foundation, and contributing to the Open Group's initiative to standardize data platforms in the oil and gas industry. Daniel also holds leadership positions in the Linux Foundation and LF Energy Foundation, focusing on strategy, technical advisory, and overseeing various collaborative projects. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Aalborg University and a Visiting Ph.D. Scholar experience at the University of California, Berkeley.
