Bryan Maltais

Bryan Maltais, P.E. currently serves as Associate VP and New England Building Structures Lead at The LiRo Group since July 2025. Prior to this role, Bryan held various positions at McNamara • Salvia, Structural Engineers from June 2015 to June 2025, including Associate, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager, focusing on the analysis and design of building structures across multiple industries. Previous experience includes working as a Structural Engineer at PROCON and Souza, True and Partners, where Bryan analyzed and designed building structures, and as an Engineering Aid at Fay Spofford & Thorndike, assisting with plan preparation and construction inspections. Bryan holds a Master of Engineering Studies in Structural Engineering from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
