Francis Stoddard

Francis Stoddard is an experienced project manager with a career spanning several prominent construction and engineering firms. Currently serving as Project Manager at The LiRo Group since January 2023, Francis previously held the position of Executive Project Manager/Engineer at Economic Project Solutions, Inc. from April 2021 to January 2023. Earlier roles include Sr. MEP Project Manager at Clark Construction Group, LLC, M/E/P Project Manager at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., and Senior Project Manager-MEP at AECOM Tishman. Francis has managed significant projects, including a $300 million commercial building and an $800 million hospital/university PPP. With a foundational background as Principal at The Fulcrum Group and various project management positions dating back to 1994, Francis possesses extensive expertise in construction management, technical consulting, and energy management. Francis earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University between 1983 and 1987.
