Roberto Lorusso is a seasoned Associate Program Manager and Senior Project Manager with extensive experience at The LiRo Group since September 2004. Lorusso has played a pivotal role in managing and coordinating emergency construction responses for various clients, including the New York City School Construction Authority and the New York City Housing Authority. Key projects include overseeing immediate mobilization for hazardous condition corrections in schools, managing boiler replacements across housing developments, and leading major construction efforts such as the Student Center at Westchester Community College. Lorusso's expertise extends to disaster response, having provided significant construction management services after Superstorm Sandy, as well as overseeing projects funded through FEMA partnerships. Prior to LiRo, Lorusso served as Assistant Deputy Commissioner at the NYC HRA Office of Design & Construction from September 1999 to May 2001. Lorusso holds a degree from New York Institute of Technology.
