Ross Hernandez

Ross Hernandez is a Staff Environmental Scientist at The LiRo Group since May 2023, previously serving as an Industrial Hygienist at Omega Environmental Services from October 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included conducting EHS investigations and health and safety training. Prior experience includes working as a Geologist I at Tectonic Engineering & Surveying Consultants, P.C., performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and as a System Wide Monitoring Program Intern with Hudson River National Estuarine/NYSDEC, focusing on water quality sampling. Ross began a research role at Binghamton University, synthesizing nanoparticles for bio-sensor development. Educational achievements comprise a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from SUNY New Paltz and an Associate of Science in Environmental Science from SUNY Westchester Community College.
