Julia Ruiz

Julia Ruiz has worked in customer experience since 2015. Julia started as a Sales Advisor at Warby Parker in 2015 and then moved to Reading Partners as an AmeriCorps Regional Site Coordinator in 2016. In 2017, they joined Casper as a Customer Experience Lead and Customer Experience Specialist. In 2019, they became a Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Love Wellness, where they managed and developed customer-facing programs and platforms, planned and executed changes cross-functionally, and managed and oversaw customer communication. Julia is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Listings Project.

Julia Ruiz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from San Francisco State University between 2012 and 2016.
