Andrea Neff

Andrea Neff has a diverse work experience in the education field. Andrea currently works as the Virginia Program Manager at The Literacy Lab, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Henrico County Public Schools from 2014 to 2022, where they held two roles. From June 2018 to November 2022, they served as a Reading Specialist & Literacy Program Manager, and from August 2014 to June 2018, they worked as a Teacher.

Before joining Henrico County Public Schools, they worked at Metro Nashville Public Schools as a Teacher from July 2013 to May 2014. Andrea also has experience with Teach For America, where they held various roles. From June 2011 to July 2013, they worked as a Manager, Teacher Leadership Development, and from August 2010 to May 2011, they worked as a Coordinator, Teacher Leadership Development. Andrea'searliest teaching experience was at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where they worked as a Teacher from August 2008 to June 2010. Overall, Andrea Neff has gained valuable experience in different teaching and leadership roles throughout their career.

Andrea Neff has a strong educational background with a focus on education and business. Andrea earned a Master of Education degree in Curriculum & Instruction - Reading from the University of Virginia in 2019. Prior to that, they completed another Master of Education degree in Instructional Practice from Lipscomb University in 2013. Andrea'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, which they obtained from William & Mary in 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Andrea has also obtained several certifications. Andrea completed the Foundations of Learning Management Systems (LMS) certification from LinkedIn in August 2022 and earned a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in May 2022. Andrea also holds a Virginia Teaching License, which they obtained from the Virginia Department of Education in March 2019. Furthermore, they are a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute, which they achieved in May 2022.
