Heather Jenkins has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. In their current position as Chief Executive Officer at The Literacy Lab, they are responsible for leading the organization. Following that, they pursued an Administrative Certification in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Canisius College from 2011 to 2012. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Education from Medaille University between 2003 and 2005. Before their postgraduate studies, Heather completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester from 1990 to 1994.
