Colleen Kucinski

Colleen Kucinski currently serves as the Executive Director of The Literacy Project, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Kucinski directed education impact and partnerships at the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts from 2015 to April 2023, providing leadership and strategic direction for various education programs aimed at achieving positive academic and economic outcomes. Kucinski also held multiple roles at Greenfield Community College from 1997 to 2015, including Director of Admissions, where responsibilities included managing enrollment and supervising a large staff across several departments. Kucinski holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elms College and a Master of Education in Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Springfield College.
