Simon Biggs FIH MIWFM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality, catering, and facilities management sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The Litmus Partnership since February 2009, Simon has established a significant presence in the industry. Additionally, Simon holds the title of Fellow and Past Vice Chairman of the Institute of Hospitality and is the Founder and Past Chairman of the Catering & Hospitality Special Interest Group within the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. Previously, Simon held various leadership roles at ARAMARK, Rentokil Initial, Sodexo Prestige, and Sodexo, focusing on business development, operations, and sales. Simon completed a Higher National Diploma in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management from Henley Business School.
