Derek Stoddard

Derek Stoddard possesses extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors, with a current role as Plant Manager at The Little Potato Company Ltd since February 2022, having previously held positions such as Assistant Plant Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Amazon and Target, as well as Area Manager at Shopbop | East Dane. Derek began a career in management with the Madison Mallards Baseball Club, progressing from Cook to Head Cook/Supervisor and ultimately Operations Manager. Educational qualifications were obtained from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where studies took place from 2011 to 2016.
