Kenneth Shepherd

Kenneth Shepherd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client support and network operations. Currently serving as a Tier II Client Support Specialist at Little Tikes since November 2021, Kenneth previously held the same position at MGA Entertainment from November 2021 to August 2022. Prior to these roles, Kenneth worked at Inteliquent from May 2012 to June 2019 as a Network Operations Center Technician and at Onvoy, LLC as a Network Operation Center Engineer during the same period. Kenneth holds an Associate degree in Computer Network Sciences and a Bachelor degree in Information Security Systems from ITT Technical Institute-Strongsville.
