Archana Nagarajan

Special Projects Intern (volunteer) at The Live Green Co

Archana Nagarajan is a PhD graduate student at Tufts University School of Medicine, focusing on the relationship between transcript levels of alpha synuclein and the bone and metabolic effects of Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias. In addition to academic research, Archana serves as a computational biology intern at FoldChanges, leveraging computational methods to enhance cultivated meat production, and as a special projects intern at The Live Green Co, working on plant-derived formulations. Previous research experiences include roles as a research assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital and Columbia University Medical Center, conducting studies on Alzheimer's disease and ALS respectively. Archana holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biochemistry from Columbia University and Barnard College, and a Data Science certificate from Thinkful.
