Consondra Jacobs has a range of experience in human resources, beginning in 2008 as a Benefits Administrator at Kaiser Permanente - Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group. Consondra then moved on to IKEA Group, where they held roles as an Employee Benefits Specialist, Human Resources Generalist, and Staff Planning Coordinator.
