Consondra Jacobs

Consondra Jacobs has a range of experience in human resources, beginning in 2008 as a Benefits Administrator at Kaiser Permanente - Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group. Consondra then moved on to IKEA Group, where they held roles as an Employee Benefits Specialist, Human Resources Generalist, and Staff Planning Coordinator. Most recently, they worked at the Living Classrooms Foundation, initially as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, then as Human Resources Director, and currently as the Managing Director of Human Resources.

Consondra Jacobs obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Community College of Baltimore County. In addition, they hold certifications in Mental Health First Aid from MHFA Connect, obtained in July 2022, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in May 2021.
