Sreeram Karunacaran has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Sreeram started their career as a Senior Steward at Hotel Arunachalla Inn in 2007. Sreeram then worked as a Senior Guest Service Associate at Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa from 2007 to 2009. After that, they joined Sera The Tapas Bar Advanced Food Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Manager from 2009 to 2020. In 2020, they became the Director of Food And Beverage at JAAG until 2021. Sreeram then served as the Head of Operations at The Living Room in 2021. Currently, they are working as a General Manager at CBRC since September 2023.

Sreeram Karunacaran's education history began in 2004 when they attended the SISI Institute of Hotel Management. Sreeram pursued an Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management and focused on Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.

After completing the diploma, Sreeram obtained certifications in Bartending on Wines & Spirits from the Indian Institute of Bartending and in Indian Exposure (IET) from Taj Garden Retreat.

In addition to their certifications, Sreeram also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Alagappa Open University, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
