Hayley Chill has several years of work experience in various roles and organizations. Hayley started their career at Al Pozzo as a Sales Associate at Italian Vintage, where they worked as an assistant buyer and salesperson. Hayley traveled throughout Italy to buy inventory and improved their Italian language skills to communicate effectively with customers and the Italian speaking owner.
In 2014, Hayley joined Studio 101 Designs as a Summer Intern, gaining valuable experience in the design industry.
Following this, they worked at Taylor Stitch, starting as a Sustainability Manager from 2014 to 2017, where they focused on sustainable practices for the brand. Hayley then transitioned to become the Director of Customer Experience from January to December 2017, overseeing the overall customer journey. Hayley continued to progress in the company as a Brand Manager from 2017 to 2019, responsible for managing and enhancing the brand's image.
Currently, Hayley is working at The Lobby, where they hold the role of Co-Founder since November 2019. Hayley is also involved in brand strategy for the company since October 2019.
