Amanda Ruotolo

Amanda Ruotolo has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. Amanda has held several HR roles at Lockwood since 2018, including Human Resources Director. Prior to that, they worked at Macy's as an HR Manager and Business Partner, supporting multiple teams and executives. Amanda also has experience as an Admissions Counselor at Post University and as an HR Talent Scout Intern at Tourbillon Alliance Partners. Earlier in their career, Amanda worked as an Assistant Teacher at Pumpkin Patch DayCare Center, where they developed lesson plans and led team meetings.
