Malou de Koning

Malou de Koning is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relations and project management within various industries, currently serving as a Client Executive and Senior Consultant at The Logic Factory since February 2017. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relations across Europe and APAC, upselling and cross-selling to an existing customer base, and acting as the primary contact for escalations.
