David S. Kreisman

After spending ten years in his own trial and appellate practice, Mr. Kreisman joined with Gerald Shapiro to create the largest creditors' rights law firm organization in America. He has spent the last 45 years managing and supervising the Network's commonly-owned law firms along with its affiliated trustee companies and title agencies.

​He continues to work and enhance the Network's success as a viable and vibrant resource for its creditor clients and to mentor the same talented, committed and experienced professionals upon whom he relies to provide unparalleled legal services in a wide range of relevant practice areas. His enthusiasm and energy remain unabated. He fondly embraces as his motto Noel Coward's quote: "Work is much more fun than fun."
