Jason Shapiro

Jason Shapiro has a diverse work background in the real estate industry. Jason started their career as an Attorney at Law, specializing in mortgage default, foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, and title/closings. Jason worked at Shapiro and Fishman, LLC from 2003 to 2004, and then at Fisher and Shapiro, LLC from 2005 to 2006. Jason later joined LOGS Network as the Vice President of Marketing and Attorney at Law from 2003 to 2006.

In 2012, Shapiro became the Regional President - Illinois at Invitation Homes, the largest buyer of single-family homes in the U.S. Jason also served as the National Director of Acquisitions for Invitation Homes from 2013 to 2014.

From 2015 to 2015, Shapiro worked as the Regional Head- Midwest Region at B2R Finance, the largest lender in residential real estate investment financing. Jason provided financing to institutional and professional real estate investors throughout the country.

Shapiro then moved on to Rising Realty, where they served as Principal from 2007 to 2019. Jason specialized in working with hedge funds, single-family to rent operators, and fix and flippers in various regions. Jason also brokered residential and commercial real estate and investment loans in the Midwest, with a focus on bank-owned foreclosures (REO) and short sale properties.

Finally, Shapiro founded Title & Abstract Agency of America, Inc. in 2017, where they serve as the owner. The company is a national provider of title and closing services for residential and commercial clientele, specializing in retail, investor, and REO clients.

In addition to their work experience, Shapiro held multiple roles at LOGS Network, including President, starting in 2019.
