Saudaa Nadat

Saudaa Nadat has extensive experience in early childhood education, currently serving as Area Operations Manager at London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) since August 2008, with previous roles including Senior Nursery Manager and Nursery Manager. Saudaa also worked as an Early Years Mentor for the Department for Education from January 2024 to July 2024, providing support as part of the DfE COVID-19 Recovery Programme for early years. Prior experience includes positions as Deputy Manager at a private nursery, Preschool Room Leader and SENDCO at a day nursery, Supervisor and SENDCO at a PVI day nursery, and Learning Support Assistant in a private home. Saudaa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Studies and a Foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies, both from the University of Wolverhampton.
