John Young

John Young has extensive experience in commercial renewable energy development as the Principal at GSD Solar, LLC since May 2014. Additionally, John Young serves as the President of Accipiter Properties, focusing on commercial and residential real estate investment and management since March 2000. As a member of the Board of Directors at Lorain County Printing and Publishing, John Young contributes strategic oversight to the organization. Previously, John Young was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse from May 1991 to April 1999, specializing in structured fixed income, equity, and foreign exchange derivatives. John Young holds a Master of Science in Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Colorado College.
