Dawn Caveness-Davenport, MS, currently serves as a Senior Criminal Justice Analyst with the Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Commission since March 2022, where responsibilities include research, data analysis, grant writing, and support for criminal justice programming. Additionally, since January 2020, Caveness-Davenport has worked as an Outreach Case Manager II with Palm Beach County, focusing on assessing and managing service plans for homeless individuals. At The Lord's Place since 2012, roles have included Vocational Case Manager, Job Coach, and Reentry Case Manager Supervisor, emphasizing client support in housing, healthcare, employment, and community resources. Prior experience includes youth case management at Henderson Behavioral Health and an internship in counseling and mental health at the Family Center For Recovery. Caveness-Davenport holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Company Overview The Lord’s Place is committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness with programs and services that include: • Engagement Our Engagement Center is the recognized point-of-entry facility for the homeless in our community. The program focuses on activities which build trusting relationships and encourage participants to explore making behavioral change. • Supportive Housing Our supportive housing model gives our clients the time they need to address the issues that led to their homelessness and gives them the tools needed to break the cycle of homelessness. • Job Training & Placement Our Job Training and Placement Program addresses the need for homeless men and women to regain economic self-sufficiency. The program assists clients in finding and maintaining employment by offering job training, placement and education programs.
