Natalie Horne has extensive experience in customer service and retail management, currently serving as the Women's Services Coordinator and Resident Advocate at The Lord's Place since March 2021. In addition, Natalie is the Owner of Dnh Enterprises LLC since June 2023. Previous roles include Sales Lead at Ross Stores, Inc. from June 2011 to May 2019, where responsibilities included customer assistance, maintaining store cleanliness, and managing cashier operations, along with experience in loss prevention. Earlier, Natalie worked as a Sales Associate at EXPRESS and Lakeside Academy Consignment, focusing on customer service and store management. Natalie holds a high school diploma from Palm Beach Gardens High School, attained in 2008, and studied at MCI Institute of Technology in 2010.

The program focuses on activities which build trusting relationships and encourage participants to explore making behavioral change. • Supportive Housing Our supportive housing model gives our clients the time they need to address the issues that led to their homelessness and gives them the tools needed to break the cycle of homelessness. • Job Training & Placement Our Job Training and Placement Program addresses the need for homeless men and women to regain economic self-sufficiency. The program assists clients in finding and maintaining employment by offering job training, placement and education programs.
