Beau Quailey

Beau Quailey is a seasoned professional currently serving as the People & Performance Leader at The Lottery Corporation since March 2023 and as an Army Reservist with the Australian Army since December 2022. With a background in call center management, Beau previously held the position of Head of Call Centre Sales at Comparethemarket.com.au from November 2015 to January 2023, and roles as Call Centre Manager and Call Centre Lead at TSA Telco Group from 2010 to September 2015. Beau is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of the Sunshine Coast, expected to be completed in February 2025, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Industries from QUT, obtained in February 2008.
