Emilene Tran

Emilene Tran serves as the Head of Enterprise Risk and Compliance at The Lottery Corporation since June 2022, where responsibilities include implementing the Risk and Compliance Management Framework and supporting the digital transformation strategy in a post-demerger environment. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Westpac Group from April 2013 to January 2022, where roles encompassed Executive Manager and Senior Manager of Risk & Compliance in the Digital and Marketing business unit, as well as positions in the Second and Third Lines of Defense supporting IT, Consumer, and Business Banking. Emilene Tran began the career at PwC from 2010 to 2013, leading audit engagements for Financial Services clients focused on risk and controls. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, an Executive Coaching and Leadership program from IECL Ignites, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from UNSW.
