Joshua Hunt

Joshua Hunt is a senior legal leader currently serving as General Counsel for M&A, Treasury & Corporate Services at The Lottery Corporation since June 2022. In this role, Joshua leads a team of lawyers providing specialized legal support across various areas, including corporate governance, M&A, and corporate finance. Previously, Joshua held several key positions at Tabcorp from July 2016 to June 2022, including Deputy Group General Counsel and General Counsel for Gaming Services & Corporate Strategy, where significant contributions included overseeing corporate services and advising on strategic transactions amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Joshua's legal career began at Kemp Strang and Charles Russell LLP, followed by a Senior Associate position at Gadens Lawyers, where expertise was developed in corporate law and M&A transactions. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Macquarie University.
