Marci Lerner Miller

Marci Lerner Miller currently serves as the Director of Legal Investigations and Senior Education Counsel at The Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Marci served as a partner at Potomac Law Group, PLLC, specializing in Litigation and Government Investigations, Privacy and Cybersecurity, and Education Practice Groups since February 2021. Marci also founded Miller Advocacy Group, where the role of partner and Special Education and Disability Rights Attorney was held from January 2013 to February 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from September 1994 to 2000 and as an Associate Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from September 1992 to September 1994. Marci Lerner Miller earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA), cum laude, in Government from Claremont McKenna College.
