Lori Schade-Gracia is an accomplished retail leader with extensive experience in various managerial roles since 1997. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Continuous Improvement at Lovesac, Lori has held multiple senior positions within the company, including Director of Retail and Regional Director for the Central region. Prior to this, Lori was the District Sales Manager at Wilsons Leather, focusing on improving sales and customer satisfaction across multiple outlets. At Nine West Group, Lori successfully managed 21 stores, achieving significant financial objectives and garnering numerous industry awards, including six-time District Sales Manager of the Year and four-time People Power Award Winner.
