Megan Johnston, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a People HRIS Coordinator at Lovesac since September 2021, Megan previously held positions at Ritchie Bros. from June 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included Human Resources Generalist, Coordinator, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator following Ritchie Bros.' acquisition of IronPlanet. Earlier experience encompasses roles as a Skating Instructor and Front Desk Coordinator at Winter Lodge and IronPlanet, respectively, as well as childcare-related positions.
