Peter McCall

Peter McCall currently serves as the Director of Labor Planning at Lovesac, having assumed the role in September 2023. Prior to this position, Peter was with Kepler Analytics as Client Director for North America, where responsibilities included managing the expansion of in-store traffic and sales optimization solutions. Peter's experience at Sensormatic included serving as Senior Manager for Retail Consulting and Advanced Analytics, leading consulting operations across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Peter spent over two decades at Macy's in various roles, culminating in the position of District Director for the Jewelry Pilot, where focus was on driving sales and developing a high-performing sales organization. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Theatre Arts Management and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago.
