Eumi L. is an experienced sommelier currently employed at The Loxahatchee Club since November 2021. Prior to this role, Eumi worked as a Bartender and Wine Specialist at KORK Restaurant from August 2020 to June 2021 and as a Bartender at Café Des Artistes from December 2018 to March 2020. Previous experience includes a position as High Jewelry Coordinator at Cartier in early 2016 and a Seasonal Sales Assistant at Bulgari later that same year. Eumi has also contributed as a Gallery Assistant at Gasser Grunert Gallery and The FLAG Art Foundation. Academically, Eumi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature from Shenyang Normal University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Dwight School, along with education at Boston University.
