Maxwell Ritz is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and Co-CEO of The Loyalist since June 2016, an operations platform that supports emerging brands through innovative solutions. Previously, Maxwell Ritz held notable positions including an MBA Candidate at Columbia Business School, where the individual founded the Venture Capital Club and participated in a complex corporate restructuring competition. Maxwell Ritz was also part of the investment team at Innovation Endeavors, a venture capital firm, and served as Vice President at Adrenaline Lacrosse, Inc., which focused on non-licensed apparel and live sports events. As a Co-Founder of LXM PRO, Maxwell Ritz played a key role in creating and producing professional lacrosse and live music events until its acquisition in 2012. Educational credentials include an MBA in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School and a degree from the University of Maryland.
