Xander Ritz

Xander Ritz is a seasoned entrepreneur and business development expert with a strong background in the sports and consumer products industries. As the co-founder of The Loyalist since October 2015, Xander focuses on building omni-channel consumer products businesses for creators and brands. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor and VP of Business Development at Adrenaline Lacrosse, as well as a Partner and Director of Business Development at Starz Lacrosse. Xander co-founded LXM PRO and was a Board Member at the Starz Lacrosse Foundation. Xander studied History at the University of Maryland from 2004 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree.
