Professor Dr. Med. Katrin Hoffmann

Professor Dr. med. Katrin Hoffmann, MBA, serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Luzerner Kantonsspital and holds the position of Senior Advisor for Healthcare Services and Hospital Management at Clairfield International. With extensive experience since 2005 at University Hospital Heidelberg, roles include Expert Medical Strategy and Corporate Development Project Leader, First Senior Attending Surgeon, and Deputy Head of the Liver and Transplant Surgery Section. Professor Hoffmann possesses multiple board certifications, including Visceral Surgery and Surgical Intensive Care Medicine. In addition, Professor Hoffmann contributes as Co-Chair of the Division of Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery of the German Surgical Society and is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg.
