Dana Brennion serves as the Vice President of People Operations at The Lumistella Company since January 2024, following extensive experience in human resources roles at Central Garden & Pet and Nestle Waters. At Nestle Waters, Dana managed HR operations for 450 employees in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Systems Analyst at ExxonMobil, supporting system functionality for approximately 10,000 users globally, and providing HR generalist support to various business units. Education includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a BS in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
