Jeff Luthy

Jeff joined the Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company in 2021. As a Facilities Manager, Jeff is responsible for managing a number of commercial properties in The Lund Company’s portfolio. Jeff brings with him 28 years of commercial real estate experience consisting of property management, brokerage, sales, leasing, development, project management, and asset management. He has also worked in a variety of real estate markets across Nebraska, California, and Arizona.

Jeff acquired his real estate license from Hogan School of Real Estate in Tucson Arizona in 2006. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska
