Tim began his professional career as an Architect, practicing in Omaha, Cheyenne, and Scottsdale. He transitioned into commercial real estate development and project management, first on Maui, followed by extended periods in Omaha, Scottsdale, and Santa Fe. His 25+ years of experience covers a large portion of the commercial real estate spectrum including land development, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, high-tech, medical office, multi-family, hospitality and luxury resort; adding to over $2 billion in combined project value. Tim utilizes his extensive experience to provide strategic guidance to clients at every stage of a project.
