Nathan Thomas, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, holding various titles such as Executive Director, Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Manager at The LCMS. Prior to this, Nathan worked as an IT Technical Recruiter at Belcan TechServices. Nathan also has experience as a Supervisor at the Daniel Boone Regional Library and as a Marketing Intern at Concordia Publishing House. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
