Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) guides the strategic vision and operational governance of the denomination. Comprising key executive leaders, including the President and Chief Financial Officer, the team collaborates to ensure that the mission of spreading the Gospel and supporting congregations is effectively executed, while fostering a culture of love and unity within the church community. They also oversee resource allocation and organizational initiatives that align with the theological and practical mission of the LCMS.
