Michele fulfilled her goal of becoming a nurse in 2004. In 2005, Michele began working at RCC and has been there ever since. Michele has held the titles of LPN Supervisor, Resident Services Manager and most recently obtained her Personal Care Home Administrator Certification in 2017. She is a huge advocate for our residents and staff alike.
