Ashley Patterson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ashley currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Luupe since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor at The Luupe from January 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining The Luupe, Ashley held several positions at IBM. Ashley was the Executive Director of Marketing, Global Demand Strategy from July 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Global Marketing Program Director, IBM AI Applications from August 2019 to July 2021. Ashley also worked as the Head of Marketing & Editor-in-Chief at IBM Watson Talent and IBM Collaboration Solutions from September 2018 to August 2019, and as the Content Director at IBM Watson Talent from October 2017 to September 2018.

Ashley's teaching experience includes working as an Adjunct Faculty/University Lecturer at Columbia University in the City of New York from January 2015 to June 2019.

In their earlier career, Ashley served as the Head of Marketing at Fahrenheit 212, a global innovation consultancy, from September 2016 to September 2017. Ashley was also the Director of Marketing at Shutterstock from July 2013 to August 2016, where they led enterprise marketing and successfully launched and grew Shutterstock Editorial and Shutterstock Premier.

Ashley's work experience includes roles at WITNESS, a global human rights non-profit, where they worked as a Creative Projects Producer from July 2010 to June 2013 and as a Communications and Outreach Specialist from June 2009 to June 2010. Additionally, they worked as a Producer & Communications Consultant as a Freelancer from August 2009 to October 2010, and as an Actress in various freelance projects from January 2003 to May 2009.

Ashley Patterson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Dramatic Art, Media Studies, and Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between the years 2003 to 2006. Ashley went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Strategic Communications from Columbia University from 2013 to 2014.
