Ralf Dekkert

Ralf Dekkert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and account management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Account Manager at The LYCRA Company since October 2024, Ralf previously held the role of Global Brand Sales Manager at Bemis Associates from August 2020 to September 2024. Ralf’s experience also includes being the European Sales Director at Safe Reflections Inc. from October 2017 to July 2020 and serving in multiple sales roles at 3M from October 2004 to September 2017, including Transnational Sales Manager and Account Executive for Special Projects. Ralf began their career at Lufthansa as a Flight Attendant and completed a Diplom in Business Administration at Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) between 2001 and 2004.
