Teresa Luu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical research and operations. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations for Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) Clinical Research Services at the University of California, San Francisco since June 2017, Teresa has held various roles within CTSI, including Clinical Operations and Protocol Manager, and Clinical Research Services Protocol Manager. Teresa is also a Clinical Research Associate/Consultant and Associate Practice Manager at The Maas Clinic, with previous positions as Lead Clinical Research Coordinator and Clinical Research Coordinator/Medical Assistant there. Earlier roles include Medical Assistant at Dermatology Consultants of Marin, Inc., Clinical Research Coordinator/Medical Assistant at Moy-Fincher-Chipps Facial Plastics & Dermatology, and Hospital Assistant II at the University of California, Los Angeles. Teresa possesses a Master of Science in Global Health from Northwestern University, along with two Bachelor’s degrees in Global Health and History, and a Master of Science in Healthcare Delivery Science from Arizona State University.
