Mark J. Crabb

Mark J. Crabb has worked in the Information Technology and Compliance sectors for over 17 years. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Information Technology Auditor for The Mako Group, LLC. Prior to that, they worked at Navient Corporation from 2014 to 2021 as a Senior FISMA Compliance Analyst. In this role, they worked with IT areas to ensure critical analysis and documentation of processes, performed IT control testing to confirm compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies, and executed regulatory, security, IT, and risk-related projects. Mark J. was previously employed at Sallie Mae from 2004 to 2014 as a Senior Compliance Coordinator. In this role, they performed internal control management and control testing for management self-assessment, conducted internal audits, coordinated policy validations, and supported external SSAE 16, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 (SOX 404), and compliance audits.
