Mhairi Jenkins McIpd

Mhairi Jenkins MCIPD has a diverse work experience in human resources. Mhairi started their career as an HR Advisor at First Milk Limited in 2007 and worked there until 2010. Mhairi then moved to Sainsbury's as an HR Manager for a brief period before joining Cape plc as a Senior Regional HR Advisor from 2011 to 2012. Mhairi worked at Peter Vardy Ltd as the Head of People from 2012 to 2018. In 2019, they held the role of Head of HR at Chisholm Hunter and later as the Head of HR Operations at the University of West of Scotland until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Group People and Engagement Director at The Malcolm Group starting from the beginning of 2023.

Mhairi Jenkins MCIPD holds a Chartered MCIPD qualification in HR, which was obtained from the University of Paisley in 2009. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from the same university between 2006 and 2009. Mhairi also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, which they completed at the University of Paisley from 2001 to 2004.
