We ignite transformation in underrepresented, at-risk youth, ages 17-35, with vital mentorship, emotional intelligence education, fitness resources, and job placement in the fitness industry. Through our Mentor UP! we ensure all youth have a chance to become certified as Personal Fitness Trainers via the International Sports & Science Association (SSA) Apprenticeship program. Our hybrid offering provides immersive, hands-on experiences to power each participant's confidence, passion, connections, and sense of purpose.
