Kristen M. Waterfield

Kristen M. Waterfield is the Founder and President of The Malvern School, a role held since June 1998. In addition, Kristen M. Waterfield is a member of Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women leaders, and The Forum of Executive Women, which focuses on increasing women’s leadership in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Previously, Kristen M. Waterfield contributed as an official member and contributor to the Philadelphia Business Journal Leadership Trust from December 2019 to November 2023. Kristen M. Waterfield holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Wilkes University.
