Angela Gaylard

Angela Gaylard currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at The Man Cave since July 2025. Prior to this role, Angela held the position of Chief People Officer and People and Culture Manager at Youth Projects from October 2020 to July 2025. Angela has also contributed as a volunteer Communications Administrator for the Australian Gender Equality Council and served as Head of Operations at Tradeswomen Australia Foundation Ltd. Additional experience includes a directorial role at Collective Impact Consulting, General Manager of Marketing & Customer Experience at NECA Education and Careers, RTO Manager at Aegis Services Australia, and Project Manager at Performis. Angela is pursuing a Master’s in Organisational Psychology at Edith Cowan University and has completed various graduate programs in workforce transformation, organizational behavior, and team culture from prestigious institutions, including London Business School and the University of Pennsylvania.
